About Molly

Molly Braid (Tullar) grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Orford, New Hampshire. She played collegiate golf at Pfeiffer University in North Carolina, where she met Top 100 Instructor Dana Rader. After earning her degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, Molly became Dana’s Teaching Assistant at the Dana Rader Golf School in Charlotte, NC. During her 8 years there, she was promoted to full-time Teaching Professional and Director of Junior Golf, coaching players of all ages and skill levels.  Most recently, Molly was named to the Top 50 LPGA Teachers list.

Since 2018, Molly has served as the Teaching Professional at Westmoor Country Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was named the 2023 LPGA Midwest Section Teacher of the Year and the 2022 Wisconsin PGA Teacher and Coach of the Year, in addition to earning recognition from Golf Digest as one of America’s Best Young Teachers (2018–Present) and Best in State (2019–Present).

Before moving to Milwaukee, Molly was the Head Women’s Golf Coach at Ithaca College in New York, where she was honored as the 2016 LPGA T&CP Northeast Coach of the Year and Empire 8 Conference Coach of the Year in both 2016 and 2017. Under her leadership, the team captured three tournament wins, thirteen top-five finishes, and two conference championships.

With over 15,000 hours of teaching and coaching experience, Molly brings a unique ability to connect instruction with each player’s goals, helping them build positive practice habits and stronger on-course performance.

Molly, a PGA and LPGA certified professional, also holds certifications in Better Your Best and  BioSwing Dynamics, AimPoint Green Reading, Titleist Performance Institute, U.S. Kids Golf, Positive Coaching Alliance and has participated in Vision54 COACH Training.
